POP Vapor Canada is dedicated towards ensuring every customer's complete satisfaction with their purchase. If, for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a store credit for all unopened item(s) in the original packaging returned to us under these guidelines.


All returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. Final sale item(s) and promotional offers are not eligible for a store credit.


Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns. Return shipping labels will NOT be provided.

Shipping Availability

Delivery is available in Canada only, except the Province of Quebec. Orders may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item(s) type, weight and size.

Incomplete Shipping Information

In the event of missing or incomplete shipping information, we will reach out to you via email. However, if we do not receive a response within 5 business days, the order will be canceled.



Product Availability

We will diligently strive to provide accurate availability status for all our products. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you via email. We will offer the option to choose alternative item(s) or to remove the unavailable item(s) from your order. In such cases, we will issue a store credit. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards restocking these item(s).

Received Incorrect Item(s)

If you have received incorrect item(s) in your order, please complete the form below within 30 days of your purchase.


We may request photo evidence of the incorrect item(s) to process your case. Please note that the invoice will be required to initiate this process.

Missing Item(s)

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you find an item(s) missing from your order, we're here to make it right. Please complete the form below within 30 days of your purchase and include the invoice and the item(s) received to help us assist you in this process.


If there is sufficient evidence indicating that item(s) were inadvertently omitted from your order during processing, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the missing item(s). Our customer service representative will contact you within 2-3 business days to facilitate this. The E-gift card will be sent to you in a separate email. Order Taking Longer Than Expected

Orders may sometimes take longer than the estimated delivery time. You can track your order on Canada Post’s website using the tracking information and links in the shipment notification email sent to you by Canada Post. Please check your spam folder in case you are not able to find the email. Please note, orders may sometimes be returned back to us by Canada Post.


1. Failed Delivery Attempts/Unauthorized Returns

An unauthorized return from Canada Post is when a package is sent back to our warehouse due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt. This may be caused by an incomplete or incorrect address or the refusal to accept the order.


Following the receipt of the returns, our customer service representative will contact you within 2-3 business days to process a store credit for the unauthorized returns. You will receive a store credit for your order, excluding the shipping cost.


A flat rate of $20 will be applied to your store credit. For Express Shipping orders, a flat rate of $24.99 will be applied. The E-gift card will be sent to you in a separate email. Please check your spam folder in case you are not able to find the email.


We are currently unable to re-ship the packages that could not be delivered on the first attempt. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We strongly recommend you to review the shipping and delivery information, and our terms and conditions to ensure a smooth delivery process.


2. Age Verification upon Delivery

All POP Vapor Canada orders are verified for proof of age upon delivery by Canada Post, which will require presenting your valid ID and obtaining a signature. You must be of legal age in your province/territory to place and receive an POP Vapor Canada order. Failure to provide a proof of age will result in the refusal of delivery.


The name on the order must match the receiver's name for acceptance upon delivery. Please note that orders failing Canada Post's age verification are not eligible for refunds. Failure to meet this criteria can result in the refusal of delivery.

WARRANTY

POP Vapor Canada warrants the original purchaser that your POP Vapor product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. POP Vapor Canada does not warrant the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.



Exclusions and limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to the product manufactured by or for POP Vapor Canada, that can be identified by the "POP Vapor" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) Damage due to acts of nature or God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes and the like; (b) Negligence; (c) Commercial use; (d) Modifications to any part of the Product; (e) Damage caused by use with non-POP Vapor products; (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (g) Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by POP Vapor or with improper voltage or power supply; or (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of POP Vapor. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.



Implied Warranties

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not have POP Vapor limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.



Limitation of damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, POP Vapor shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when POP Vapor Canada has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not POP Vapor the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.



Flavour Concerns

Flavour perception can vary due to several factors, including personal taste buds, device settings and storage conditions. Please note that the item may not necessarily be faulty and qualify for warranty coverage. You have the option to send the item(s) back to us for inspection and initiate our Warranty Claim Process.


We reserve the right to update flavour names for accuracy and clarity without prior notification, ensuring they align with the taste profile.
